First Class Stone and our team will help you through the steps of your project from the very beginning to the end. Completing your dream projects in a professional and prompt way is our priority.
We will start by welcoming you to visit our showroom and our team will guide you with all the different choices on types of stone. Prepare to choose from fine marble and granite to leading manufacturers of engineered stone, edge detail and sink styles.
Once you have made a couple of choices we will take you into our warehouse to see the material. In the event you select a natural stone with an unpredictable pattern First Class Stone gives you the option to select which part of the slab you would like to see on the finished product.
Further to finalising all the fine details we will provide you with a quote and upon acceptance we will conduct a site measure providing the Pre-Site Measure Checklist has been read.
We will then fabricate the counters and return with a crew to install your anticipated projects.
Cabinets must be permanently installed secured to the walls and floors, levelled within 2mm and aligned before our arrival. Cabinets out of level or alignment will result in inconsistent overhangs at installation.
If we are installing over existing countertops, please be aware that the measurer may not be able to see key areas related to support of tops. Please be aware that we may ask some questions to ensure we can accurately fabricate your project.
Please ensure powerpoint are in place for any splash back requirements.
Sinks must be on-site. If you do not have a digital file for the sink, the measurer may need to bring your sink to the factory.
Stoves, cooktops, and any accessories must be on-site.
